Nada que ver con la cadena IBIS STYLE Viejo, con mueble a pedazos, mugre en el baño Colcione viejo con una colchoneta arriba, 1 paño per ducha, ninguno per las manos. No hay tomacorriente para celular para todas las camas. Foto a disposición si fuera necesario.

Tranquilo, boa comodidade para uma noite. Limpeza um pouco a desejar. Mas suficiente! Atendimento agradável.

Terrible experience - where to begin… TL;DR - horrible hotel, horrible staff. Uncleaned, bug infested rooms and they scam you. We arrived with our booking for 2 double beds in one room (we were 2 friends travelling). We arrived and nothing out of the ordinary was said at check-in, we collected the key cards and paid the city bills and went to our room. Upon arrival we found we had only one bed! Obviously we thought this was a mistake, so after a few minutes went back down to the reception to figure it out. During these few minutes we checked the sheets, and the bed was absolutely crawling with bed bugs. There were mysterious brown stains all over. So back down at reception we complained we had the wrong room. The staff told us, well, we ran out of the room type you booked as we overbooked the weekend (it was during the rugby World Cup). They then said well we have this one other room available but it’s a double bed and a single bed, but said if we didn’t take it then we couldn’t get a refund now as we had paid and checked in. So we had to accept it, and in any case we were short on time to go see the rugby. We got our new keys for the new room and moved our stuff across. We had no choice. The new room had no obvious signs of bed bugs but we didn’t check too carefully. However the sheets on the single bed had not been changed. We requested a new set and they brought it up, but refused to put it on the bed for us. They also would not collect the dirty set, and told us to leave it on the floor for collection when they cleaned the room (as if they actually clean the rooms!). The bath we ended up with had large black stains in. Presumably as they put their suitcases in there to keep them away from the bed bug infested beds. Overall an absolutely terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever stay here, even if the hotel paid you. If I could give it a negative score I would: -10/10. The worst Paris has to offer.

All are fine.1. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. 2. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. 3. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I expected. 4. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. 5. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
